XPastor!
I just learned I am an XPastor (or, as we like to refer to ourselves - an XP). Cool! I'm like one of the X-Men! I even have an XP website to go to and learn how to manage this church. Now, if I can find that article about how to manage the Senior Minister...

At first I thought XP might stand for "eXtra Petite" however this looks like an interesting and useful site, glad to know that pastors are out there "sharpening' each other that way.
