Men for House

I'm looking to get three other Christian men together to rent a house in University City. There is an available house I'm interested in (rent would be $525 a month/room plus utilities in a four-bedroom house), but need at least one housemate before I can act. It is near the University of Pennsylvania (15 min walk), trolley (4 blocks) and buses (2 blocks). There is also off the street parking for two cars (included).
