Rental Needed

A Brazilian Presbyterian pastor and his wife plan on living in the Philadelphia area for a year while they attend CCEF in order to receive their certificate in Biblical Counseling. They are looking for a house or apartment that they could rent for a year starting in August, at a reasonable, if not cheap price. Preferably, they would like something not terribly far from CCEF.
