English?
Yes, he's definitely English. Did you know he taught his children to cheer when they cross the 'border' from Scotland into England?
And, fwiw, the English tend to view the Welsh sort of as hicks from the hills who are all related to each other and talk funny. (the Welsh accent is distinctive) American translation: Think West Virginia.
