Looking for Housing

Members of Grace Presbyterian (PCA) in Dover are looking for housing in Philly for their daughter who will be moving here in August to attend graduate school at Drexel (classes at Hahnemann Hospital). She and 3 roommates are looking for a 4 bedroom apt./house, close to mass transit, in a "safe" neighborhood, within the city. Any advice about where to look, or help in any way would be appreciated!
