Staffing Plans

Undoubtedly you are wondering about plans to replace Aaron after his departure. The Session has appointed a a staffing committee to present recommendations. The committee includes Phil Ryken, Marion Clark, Pat Canavan, Brian Esterly, Fred Hill, and Clive Stockdale. We have met twice and have discovered the task to be complex.

It is difficult enough to replace Aaron, but thinking through the priorities from the strategic planning initiative and the budget constraints is challenging. Please pray for us during this process.
