Why St. Louis Lost

I warned Phil. He has no one to blame but himself. Yesterday morning, as the elders began to pray before the 9:00 service, Phil reversed the direction in which we prayed. Never have we prayed counter clockwise; we always pray clockwise. I was stunned! Phil "Mr. St. Louis Cardinal" Ryken changed a routine during the World Series! No pun intended, but this breaks the "cardinal" rule of baseball that one does not change any routine while a team is winning, much less after winning the opening game of the World Series. Of course, it was no surprise who won the second game.
