The River Walk
Ginger and I have been biking daily along the river walk of the Schuykill. The restaurant at the Water Works is now open (click here for website) and new landscaping near it seems to be in the final stages. We pass a boat along the river which gives tours. They've been trying restauraunts there for ages, if I recall. I wonder if they've solved the river smell problem.
I can recommend the boat tour of the Schuylkill River - it gives you a new persective on the city to see it from the water! The trip covers the stretch of the river from Bartram's Gardens to the waterworks.
