This is a good reminder to not only pray for Phil while on his sabbatical, but to pray for other pastors who will shoulder things that cannot wait until his return.
Phil,
I think that maybe it would be a good idea to not only give Marion the extra tasks, but also give him better access to any cookies delivered in your absence.:>)
